Breaking Ground on HQ3: A New Milestone for Place Services, Inc.
Place Services, Inc. is proud to announce the groundbreaking of HQ3, our newest headquarters in Holly Springs, Georgia. This 59,000-square-foot facility, designed and built by our in-house Architecture & Design team, marks a significant step in our growth and commitment to excellence.
The three-story building will include 77 offices, 98 cubicles, multiple conference and meeting spaces, a 1,200-square-foot fitness center, and 10,000 square feet of retail space. With 325 parking spaces and vital traffic improvements, HQ3 is designed to support our current team and future growth while benefiting the Holly Springs community.
One of the most meaningful aspects of this project is the dedication of 4401 Gabriel Blvd., a roadway named in memory of our CEO Troy Place’s late brother, Gabriel. This tribute reflects the values of resilience and support that guide our organization.
This project represents the collective efforts of our dedicated team and partners, whose contributions have brought HQ3 to life. We look forward to the opportunities this new facility will create for Place Services, Inc. and the communities we serve.
